FINDING INSPIRATION AT EVERY TURN

PATH TO PURPOSE

THE JOURNEY TO SOVEREIGN BANDITS

Sovereign Bandits was born out of a moment of deep personal transformation.

In 2020, during a time of seeking and unraveling, I felt an undeniable pull to Montana. There, on a ranch in Bozeman, I joined Emily Anderson of Embodying Wild—and unknowingly stepped into the beginning of my awakening.

Among free-roaming horses and the vast stillness of the wild landscape, something within me shifted. The noise of the outside world fell away, and in its place, I found grounding, clarity, and a peace I had never known. The horses—unbound, intuitive, and wholly present—reflected truths back to me with a gentle honesty no words could match. Their presence offered a kind of healing I had not found in talk therapy: visceral, immediate, and real.

That experience cracked something open in me. It revealed the profound depth of the horse-human connection—not as a metaphor, but as a living pathway to truth, healing, and remembering. It marked the beginning of my path as a facilitator and space-holder and laid the first stones of what would become Sovereign Bandits: a space where others could come to reclaim themselves, just as I had.

TRAINING THE INNER & OUTER LANDSCAPE

To deepen this path, I became certified as a Psychosynthesis Coach through the Psychospiritual Institute. This training grounded my work in a holistic framework that integrates mind, body, and spirit—supporting clients in moving toward wholeness, clarity, and alignment with their higher purpose.

From there, my journey led me to the breathtaking hills of San Luis Obispo, California, where I trained & qualified in Equine Guided Empowerment® and Somatic Reprogramming® with The Reflective Horse®, founded by Cassandra Ogier. This pioneering program blends somatic presence, subtle energy, and nonverbal communication into a powerful, nature-based approach to healing.

Here, I learned to work not just with horses—but alongside them—as sentient, sovereign partners in transformation. These modalities invite clients to return to their bodies, re-pattern their nervous systems, and step into a deeper embodiment of their true selves.

Upon returning to Ireland, I completed my certification as an Equine-Assisted Learning Facilitator with Festina Lente, further anchoring my ability to offer safe, embodied, and trauma-informed guidance in this work.

LIVING THE WORK

Today, my path is rooted in guiding women through their own journeys of self-discovery and reclamation. I offer a space where presence, nature, and the wisdom of the herd gently lead the way home.

I will be deepening my relationship with Being With Horses, a beautiful philosophy and method founded by Sabine and Dan Birmann in Germany. This approach reimagines the horse-human connection through empathy, body language, and energetic awareness—strengthening the way we listen, relate, and show up in relationship.

Alongside my trusted mare, Millie Daisy, and the 'Inverin Herd', I continue to learn, grow, and hold space for others to do the same.

WHY SOVEREIGN BANDITS?

Sovereign Bandits is more than a name—it’s a way of being.
It’s about remembering the strength in softness. The strength in presence.
It’s about reclaiming your voice, your truth, and your place in the world.

We stand for strong backs and soft hearts—a life rooted in resilience, guided by compassion.
Because like the trees, if we’re not grounded… we fall.
But when we are? We rise—with grace, with clarity, and with purpose.

If you’re feeling the pull to reconnect with yourself…
If you’re ready to move at the pace of trust and step into your own sovereignty…

We’re here to walk that path with you.

"When we ask & are open enough we learn from horses, through their willingness to share their candid honesty, & how to awaken our innate capacity to live in harmony within ourselves & community."
